• Payment information: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Dominion Contracting Ltd does not store card numbers or banking details.
• Device data: Estimate selections are saved to your browser's local storage to preserve your quote across sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through this platform is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Preparing and confirming your project estimate
• Communicating with you about your project request
• Processing deposits and milestone payments
• Organizing project documentation in our internal systems
• Sending project-related reminders and follow-ups (e.g., photo upload reminders)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Submitted project data including contact information, photos, and quote details are stored in a secure Google Drive folder accessible only to authorized Dominion Contracting Ltd staff.

Estimate selections are stored in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted until you complete the checkout and submission process.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Drive & Apps Script: Document storage and email delivery.
• Discord: Internal team notifications (no client data is shared publicly).

4. Photos

Photos submitted through this platform are used solely to assess your project scope and prepare an accurate estimate. They are stored in a private, access-controlled folder and are not shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal or contractual obligations

6. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses browser local storage (not cookies) to save your estimate selections and contact details between sessions.
