Terms of Service � Dominion Contracting Ltd

1. Agreement

By accessing the Dominion Contracting Ltd self-serve estimator, submitting a quote request, or making any deposit payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Milestone Payment Structure

All projects are billed according to the following milestone payment schedule. By submitting a quote request and paying a deposit, you acknowledge and accept this structure:

Milestone 1 � Administrative & Sales Processing

Non-refundable immediately upon signing. Covers sales commission, estimation costs, admin processing, and digital marketing attribution.

Milestone 2 � Schedule Block & Crew Allocation

Non-refundable when DCL� blocks project dates and allocates crew resources to the project.

Milestone 3 � Material Procurement

Non-refundable ~1�1.5 weeks before start when materials are ordered. Covers material costs and supplier commitments.

10%

The total deposit is 40% of the project value allocated across these three milestones. The remaining 60% is due upon completion and is not collected in advance. See the Refund Policy and Service Agreement Section 6 for full details.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable once scheduling has been confirmed. Cancellations made after scheduling confirmation will forfeit the deposit in full.

If Dominion Contracting Ltd is unable to fulfill the project for reasons within our control, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 5�7 business days.

Cancellation Cost Recovery

For cancellations after project commencement, you may be liable for the cost of materials purchased, labour mobilized, and any subcontractor fees incurred up to the point of cancellation. Dominion Contracting Ltd will provide an itemized cost recovery statement within 5 business days of cancellation notice.

4. Quote Accuracy & Final Pricing

All estimates generated through the self-serve estimator are preliminary and subject to final confirmation after photo review and on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

Actual site conditions discovered during assessment
Material availability and current pricing at time of project start
Scope changes requested by the client after initial submission
Accessibility requirements not captured in the initial estimate

Dominion Contracting Ltd will communicate any pricing changes before collecting Milestone 2 payment. You retain the right to cancel without penalty prior to Milestone 2 if revised pricing is unacceptable, subject to forfeiture of the Milestone 1 deposit.

5. Photo Submissions & Scope Verification

You agree to provide clear, accurate photos of all surfaces included in your project request within the timeframe selected during checkout. Failure to provide photos within 48 hours of the agreed timeframe may result in scheduling delays or quote cancellation.

Photos submitted through this platform are used solely for project scoping and estimation purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Minimum Project Value

Dominion Contracting Ltd maintains a minimum project value of $1,000 + applicable HST. Quotes that do not meet this threshold will not be accepted for scheduling confirmation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
